Philip Caputi was born and raised in the city of Toronto. He attended York University where he successfully earned his Bachelor of Arts Honour degree in Economics.
After 3 years as a Canada Trust mortgage/loans officer, he decided that a Career in real estate was his future.
Philip was very successful in realty sales but after witnessing the challenges that day to day Realtor’s faced, he decided to focus his skills and service towards assisting his fellow real estate agents.
Philip caught on early enough that practicing real estate agents were for the most part doing well but as their expenses and operating costs elevated, many agents were faced with not enough net dollars at the end of the day.
Mr. Caputi resolved that he will do everything possible to find solutions to help licensed real estate agents in Ontario save money. Easing the financial stress to as many real estate agents that required his help was Mr. Caputi’s new mission as a Broker in the Brokerage business. This ultimately assisted agents in keeping their real estate license without being forced to leave their real estate sales career due to excessive costs related to their business and low sales.
Ok, ok, this is not the real Phil Caputi, but with all the support you get here when you park your real estate license, the only difference between the 2 Phil’s is that Phil Caputi does not have his own talk show yet :)
