Ontario Brokerage Parks Your Realty License - Reduce Costs

If your registered with R.E.C.O., there can be a number of different reasons why you would want to consider putting your realty license on hold. Being an employee of one of the many Ontario Brokerages out there and a member of R.E.C.O. goes hand in hand. You might represent the company you are currently working for as an employee, or your relationship to them might be that of an independent contractor.

A lot of people in Ontario, Canada, who have a career in real estate but whose focus seems to have shifted elsewhere - or are not as actively involved - might not even realize that they have available options to help aid them with this particular scenario. Because they aren't aware of these options, they will continue to endure the high costs associated with their current broker, even though the amount of money they are making has reduced quite dramatically.
