Thank you for the prompt reply.


I never registered with RECO. I completed the pre-registration phase last July and was too busy to start the transition. Now my time is running out to start the articling phase but I fully intend to make the Ontario real estate agent career switch at one point.


I assume once I am registered with RECO under your brokerage-New World 2000 Realty,  I can take the articling courses. Please confirm.


I won’t be resigning from an Ontario real estate agent brokerage so I guess only this form would be required:

I think criminal record check is also needed. Is there a form for it or should I just ask police to give me one?


The transcript that must be included with the application – is it the attached document I got from OREA?
