There is a big trend happeing in Ontario Canada.  Hundreds of real estate agents across Ontario are parking their real estate license with a popular Brokerage providing a license holding service.  Ontario agents and Realtors and Brokerage Owners are benefitting by having inactive real estate salespeople park their license and avoid most operating expenses. Of course they can always return to full-time sales again sometime in their future and at their sole option.
